Application
A Professional Multi-Layer System
PURO microcement is applied over 7–10 days in a precise sequence: primer, basecoat (1–2 coats with fiberglass mesh reinforcement), decorative finish coat (2 coats), and protective sealer. Each layer builds on the last — the system is only as strong as its weakest step.
We recommend working with a certified ATRIA applicator or completing our training program before your first project. For project guidance, material selection, or contractor referrals, talk to our team.

Sealer × 2
Atriapol — matte or gloss topcoat
Matte or gloss topcoat — 2 coats applied by roller. Creates a sealed, stain-resistant surface with UV stability.
2nd Finish Coat
Titanium or SuperTitanium BC
Second decorative coat applied by steel trowel. Builds color depth and the signature microcement texture.
1st Finish Coat
Titanium or SuperTitanium BC
First decorative coat — sets the base color. Applied in thin, overlapping strokes with a flexible steel trowel.
2nd Basecoat
Rasante One — steel-trowel levelling
Steel-trowel levelling coat — fills imperfections and creates a flat, uniform surface for the finish coats.

First basecoat layer — applied over the mesh to encapsulate the fiberglass and begin building a flat, uniform surface.
Fiberglass Mesh
160 gsm reinforcement layer
Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh embedded into the first basecoat. Distributes stress and prevents cracking.
Primer
Atriafloor Primer BC — epoxy bonding
Epoxy bonding primer — creates a chemical bridge between the substrate and the microcement system.
Prepared Substrate
Scarified · levelled · clean · dry
Must be scarified, levelled, clean, and dry. Any cracks wider than 0.5 mm should be pre-treated.

Two-component water-dilutable polyurethane UV-resistant transparent finish with ISO 22196:2011 antibacterial certification. Creates a durable protective film that preserves surfaces from daily wear, chemical agents, and stains. Matte finish (10-18 gloss at 60°). Antibacterial action tested against E. coli and S. aureus.

Two-component water-dilutable polyurethane UV-resistant transparent finish — gloss variant. Same ISO 22196:2011 antibacterial formula as the matte version, with a high-sheen polished finish (minimum 75 gloss at 60°). Creates a brilliant, easily washable protective film.

Strengthens weak or poorly cohesive cementitious surfaces, blocks surface dust, and improves adhesion for subsequent Atriafloor decorative cycles. Single-component transparent sealing filler based on modified polyurethane resins. Applied AFTER the decorative resin coat — fills pores, saturates capillary voids, and creates a slightly satin protective film. Limits dust and liquid absorption, facilitates maintenance. A-Beton is a two-component, fine-grained decorative cementitious paste that creates surfaces with an authentic natural concrete effect. The formulation — based on cement, hydrated lime, and acrylic binder — delivers a compact, uniform finish with a strong textured impact. Applied by stainless steel trowel in thin layers up to 2mm, it faithfully reproduces the look of exposed concrete without cracking during drying.
