Specialty Surfaces
Microcement for countertops, staircases, sinks, furniture, fireplaces and more. Our Full Build system with fiberglass mesh reinforcement transforms any surface into a seamless, durable finish.
Sealer × 2
Atriapol — matte or gloss topcoat
Two coats of protective sealer. For countertops and high-use surfaces, gloss finish is recommended for easier cleaning and stain resistance.
2nd Finish Coat
Titanium or SuperTitanium BC
Second decorative coat — builds color depth. For furniture and millwork, Titanium Superfino gives the smoothest finish.
1st Finish Coat
Titanium or SuperTitanium BC
First decorative coat — sets the base color. Applied in thin, overlapping strokes with a flexible steel trowel.
2nd Basecoat
Rasante One — levelling coat
Second levelling coat — critical on countertops and furniture to achieve a perfectly flat surface before decorative coats.

Rasante One — mesh embedding
First basecoat applied over the fiberglass mesh — encapsulates the mesh and begins building a smooth, level surface.
Fiberglass Mesh
Glass Mat 300 — structural reinforcement
Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh — ESSENTIAL for specialty surfaces. Distributes stress at edges, joints, and corners where non-standard substrates are prone to cracking.
Primer
Atriafloor Primer BC — epoxy bonding
Epoxy bonding primer — creates adhesion on challenging substrates like MDF, plywood, and existing stone. Apply generously on porous surfaces.
Prepared Surface
Sanded · cleaned · primed · dry
Surface must be sanded, cleaned of dust and grease, and fully dry. MDF edges should be sealed. Existing stone/tile should be scarified for mechanical key.
Every Specialty Surface Is Unique
Countertops, staircases, sinks, furniture, and fireplaces each come with their own substrate challenges — from MDF edges that need sealing, to existing stone that requires scarification, to curved forms that need careful mesh application. The Full Build system with fiberglass mesh reinforcement handles all of these, but the preparation steps vary depending on what you are working with.

Lightweight fiberglass reinforcement mesh for microcement applications. Easy to cut, flexible, and simple to embed into the first basecoat layer. Provides crack resistance and structural reinforcement on challenging substrates without requiring professional experience.

True Cement two-component cementitious filler for leveling and regularizing interior surfaces. High-performance compound for smoothing tiles, joints, cracks, and micro-cracks — preparing the perfect base for Atriafloor decorative coatings. Applied by steel spatula, custom-tintable.

Single-component transparent sealing filler based on modified polyurethane resins. Applied AFTER the decorative resin coat — fills pores, saturates capillary voids, and creates a slightly satin protective film. Limits dust and liquid absorption, facilitates maintenance. Two-component water-dilutable polyurethane UV-resistant transparent finish with ISO 22196:2011 antibacterial certification. Creates a durable protective film that preserves surfaces from daily wear, chemical agents, and stains. Matte finish (10-18 gloss at 60°). Antibacterial action tested against E. coli and S. aureus.
