Manufacturer Backed
Italian System. Real Factory Support.
ATRIA USA training is tied to a manufacturer-backed Italian decorative coatings system. Students learn the materials, layering sequence, color discipline, and protection strategy behind the finish.

Factory Backing
ATRIA is an Italian decorative coatings manufacturer founded in 1968.

Production System
The training is built around real materials, primers, base layers, color systems, and sealers.

Material Training
Students learn the system behind the finish, not just a surface-level application trick.
Master the Craft. Build Your Business.
ATRIA training programs are designed for contractors and applicators who want to add premium decorative finishes to their service offering. The next cohort begins Monday, June 15, 2026, at our Dallas facility. Everyone starts together on Day 1; your package determines whether you attend 1, 2, 3, or 5 days.

Tom leads contractor growth, customer relationships, and business development for ATRIA USA. His sessions cover sales strategy, estimating, client communication, and how to turn microcement into profitable work.
“You need more than technique. You need to know how to turn the finish into profitable work.”

Sebastian
Hands-On Installation & Systems Training
Sebastian leads the hands-on modules: substrate prep, base layers, decorative coats, waterproofing, sealers, Venetian plaster, limewash, Wild Rust, and Metallicum.
“The difference between a good install and a great one is in the prep, the layers, and the seal.”
