Master Installer Program
Become a Certified ATRIA Microcement Installer
Italian-system training in Dallas. Two August cohorts — a 3-day Installer Essentials and the 5-day Master Installer Intensive.
Master the Craft. Build Your Business.
ATRIA training is for contractors and applicators who want to add premium decorative finishes to their service offering — taught hands-on, by installers, on the manufacturer's verified system.
The PURO System
One finish. Six honest layers.
Microcement is a system, not a bucket. Over the program you build this exact stack with your own hands — the same build-up we publish for our clients.
01Substrate
Tile · concrete · plywood
Read it before you coat it — soundness, cure, moisture, and movement decide everything above.
02Primer
PrimerQuarz / Atriafloor Primer BC
The bonding layer, chosen for the surface — never assumed.
03Fiber mesh
160 g/m² fiberglass
Bridges movement at corners, transitions, and crack-prone zones.
04Base coat
Atriafloor Rasante One
The structural, load-bearing layer (42 ± 2 MPa). Two thin coats, not one thick screed.
05Decorative finish
SuperTitanium BC · Titanium · Superfino
The sub-millimetre coat you see — chosen by texture and use.
06Sealed finish
New Atriapol Antibacterial
The transparent 2-component polyurethane shield: washable, UV-stable, antibacterial.
Wet areas add one layer underneath. In showers and wet rooms a code-compliant waterproofing membrane goes below the system. The microcement and topcoat are the durable, low-absorption surface over it — waterproof by assembly, the same way tile is. No single product is a membrane.
Layer 05 · The Decorative Coat
Four decorative coats, chosen by use
The coat your client sees is sub-millimetre thin. ATRIA offers four decorative coats — three microcement textures plus the entry Resina One — each specified by surface and traffic.
Titanium Superfino

- Chemistry
- 1-component
- Strength

Resina One

- Chemistry

- Strength
- 32 ± 2 MPa

Strength figures are drawn from each product's Technical Data Sheet. Exterior patio use is field-proven, not a separate TDS exterior rating.

Questions
Training FAQ
Do I need prior experience with microcement?
No. Both programs start from substrate-up and are built for working tradespeople. Comfortable trowel and hand-tool skills help, but no microcement background is required.
When are the August 2026 cohorts?
The 5-day Master Installer Intensive runs Monday to Friday, August 17–21, 2026. The 3-day Installer Essentials runs Monday to Wednesday, August 24–26, 2026. Both are held in Dallas.
Where is the training held?
At the ATRIA USA training facility — BaySpace Northaven Square, 2640 Northaven Rd, Unit 101, Dallas, TX 75229. Cohorts are capped at 8 participants so everyone trowels every day.
Is lunch included?
Yes. A hosted lunch is included each training day, along with all ATRIA materials, tools, and substrate sample boards.
What is the refund and transfer policy?
Tuition secures one of eight seats in a limited cohort and is non-refundable once paid. You may reschedule once to a future cohort for a $500 rescheduling fee if you request it in writing at least 14 days before Day 1. If ATRIA cancels or postpones the program, you choose between a full refund of all amounts paid and a free transfer to the next available cohort. Full terms are provided with your enrollment agreement.
Can I reserve my seat with a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your seat — $2,250 for the Master Installer Intensive or $1,500 for Installer Essentials — with the balance due 14 days before Day 1: August 3, 2026 for the Master Intensive and August 10, 2026 for Installer Essentials. As soon as your deposit is paid, the balance invoice is emailed to you automatically with a secure online payment link. Seats booked within the final 14 days are paid in full at booking. If a balance is not paid by its due date, the seat is released and the deposit may be applied once to a future cohort.
What is the difference between the two programs?
Installer Essentials (3 days) is the complete microcement system — substrate, primer, base, the three decorative textures, sealing, and wet-area basics. The Master Installer Intensive (5 days) covers all of that plus specialty finishes, advanced wet-area detailing, estimating and sales, certification, mentoring, and the product-credit pathway.
Is microcement waterproof?
The installed system is waterproof by assembly, over a code-compliant waterproofing membrane — the same way tile is. No single product is itself a membrane, and the training teaches the wet-area build exactly that way.
