2nd Finish Coat

Second decorative coat applied by steel trowel. Builds color depth and the signature microcement texture.
1st Finish Coat
Titanium or SuperTitanium BC
First decorative coat — sets the base color. Applied in thin, overlapping strokes with a flexible steel trowel.
2nd Basecoat
Rasante One — steel-trowel levelling
Levelling coat — smooths the wall surface and creates a uniform base for the finish coats.

Rasante One — mesh embedding
First basecoat applied over the fiberglass mesh — locks the mesh in place and builds initial thickness.
Fiberglass Mesh
160 gsm reinforcement layer
Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh pressed into wet basecoat. Distributes stress and prevents cracking on walls.

Atriafloor Primer BC — bonding coat
Bonding primer — creates adhesion between the wall substrate and the microcement system.
Prepared Wall
Clean · dry · sound · free of loose paint
Wall must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. Remove loose paint, wallpaper, and efflorescence. Fill deep cracks.

Single-component transparent sealing filler based on modified polyurethane resins. Applied AFTER the decorative resin coat — fills pores, saturates capillary voids, and creates a slightly satin protective film. Limits dust and liquid absorption, facilitates maintenance. Interior use only. Can be tinted with compatible colour pastes.

Two-component water-dilutable polyurethane UV-resistant transparent finish with ISO 22196:2011 antibacterial certification. Creates a durable protective film that preserves surfaces from daily wear, chemical agents, and stains. Matte finish (10-18 gloss at 60°). Antibacterial action tested against E. coli and S. aureus.
